Job Description
- Perform sampling of tank products and conduct thorough inspections and analyses of refined glycerine products.
- Ensure all procedures and regulations are followed accurately and report all inspection and analysis results.
- Analyze samples related to the selection of new suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Verify the results of analyses and ensure the accuracy and functionality of supporting instruments and equipment.
- Conduct laboratory trials and prepare detailed trial reports.
- Analyze data and provide informed decisions and recommendations to superiors based on the analysis.
- Prepare and maintain Daily Production Reports (DPR) focusing on quality and quantity metrics.
- Report on the availability of analytical support materials, including glassware, chemicals, and instrument spare parts.
- Maintain and preserve all documents related to analysis and inspection results.
- Coordinate with Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) and production teams to ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications

Minimum of S1/D3 in Chemistry.

At least 2 years of experience in quality analysis, preferably in the refined glycerin or chemical industry.

Proficient in controlling and analyzing refined glycerin samples.

Thorough understanding of the refined glycerin process.

Knowledgeable about company systems such as ISO 9001, FSCC 22000, Kosher, Halal, GMP, SNI, and BPOM.

Competent in using laboratory instruments and software.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to speak English at least passively.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate collaboration among team members and other departments.

Willingness to embrace change and adapt to new technologies, processes, and procedures.

Efficient in managing time and resources to meet production schedules and deadlines.

Ability to foster a cohesive and productive team environment.

Encourages a harmonious work environment and optimizes teamwork.

Responsible for maintaining work equipment and cleanliness in the Quality Department.

Implement company regulations and K3 regulations applicable at PT. LDC Indonesia.

Implement SNI, BPOM, ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000, GMP+B2, RSPO, ISCC, Halal, Kosher, and 5R programs.

Carry out other tasks as instructed by superiors.

Maintain and strive for work discipline with full awareness.
