ZTP (zero tolerance policy) and red alert
Preparing reports (Daily, weekly & monthly)
One to one feed back
Desirable knowledge on -
Steps while auditing calls
Root call analysis
First call resolution - FCR
Sandwich feedback
Floor briefing and call play session
Sharing observations
Minimum 4 languages need to be known
Qualifications
