Quality Analyst, Procurement
LOCATION: Guadalajara SSC
REPORTS TO: Procurement Associate Manager
Core Responsibilities:
Procurement Execution:
- Act as a business partner to support Quality Management Systems across US/CAN Plant Operations and Procurement teams
- Request documentation from suppliers, and receive and perform initial review and upload all technical specifications, nutritional statements, and any supplier documents in Ingredion databases
- Interact and respond to plants and other internal customers as necessary in a professional and positive manner
- Act as liaison between procurement, regional quality and plant teams to ensure plant supplier quality documentation are maintained and updated in supplier database in support of ISO 9001/17025, GFSI and other certifications as needed.
- Create and maintain supplier records in Ingredion databases.
- Provide support for coordinating supplier documentation and verifying quality standards in accordance with the Ingredion Quality and Food Safety requirements.
- Assist in the updating and implementation of supplier management programs.
- Support supplier documentation requests by working with appropriate internal and external parties.
- Collaborate with members of the procurement and quality teams to maintain and continuously improve related programs including Support supplier corrective action process.
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating key supplier quality metrics
- Supports plant and division audits related to supplier approval and management criteria
Qualified candidates will have:
Computer Proficiency:
- Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related discipline
- Data management and analytics tools: PowerBI a plus
- SAP experience is a must.
- Basic understanding of FSSC2000, ISO 9001, related to Supplier Approval and Management systems/support processes

Shared Services Environment: Prefer prior experience in a shared services environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management or related discipline.
Experience: At least 5 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with ISO and FSC22000 requirements in a food manufacturing environment a plus
