Role and Responsibilities:
- Cell/Module tear down analysis and report.
- Analysis for battery materials and components
- Root cause analysis of defect and failure battery products
- Battery quality analysis management and report the analysis result.
- Control and revision of analytical procedures
- Development and application of new analytic method for defect batteries
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering & science major, chemistry/analytical chemistry/electrochemistry preferred
- Basic skill in Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of statistics.
- Deep understanding in battery materials
- Deep understanding in organic chemical reactions
- Experience in using various analysis and pre-processing equipment
(FT-IR, XRF, SEM/EDS, OM, LIBS, TGA, DSC, Ion-miller)
Nice to have but not a must:
- Chemicals & materials analysis experience
- Experience in automotive/chemical manufacturing industry preferred
- Fluent in English
- Experience in battery material and battery performance evaluation
