We are excited to announce an outstanding opportunity for an exceptionally qualified individual to join our Manufacturing team in Geleen, Netherlands, as a QC Team Leader.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as a lead team member of the Quality Control department to support Manufacturing operations.
  • Drive collaboration and development within the team, encouraging a culture of integrity and high standards.
  • Plan and communicate testing schedules to support routine and dynamic monitoring of production environments.
  • Provide timely, high-quality results to meet Manufacturing needs, ensuring product quality and patient safety.
  • Ensure safety procedures are communicated uniformly and a safe work environment is maintained for all staff.
  • Accountable for delivering timely commitments and collaborating with Project Leads to define realistic timelines for new methods.
  • Review and approve assay documentation and quality events.
  • Independently drive or coordinate projects to successful completion, resolving personnel issues and workplace conflicts.
  • Troubleshoot and solve operational and performance issues within the team.
  • Responsible for the qualification and development of team members, including mentoring and leading direct reports.
  • Implement tools for data trending and guarantee appropriate handover of information between teams and shifts.
  • Justify additional resource needs based on workload analysis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, such as leading OE initiatives, improvements, and hiring staff.

  • Outstanding public speaking skills with a calm and controlled demeanor.
  • Strong data interpretation and troubleshooting capabilities in the area of expertise.
  • Ability to perform complex and varied tasks with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to unexpected situations and collaborate effectively with Manufacturing.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to deliver difficult messages and maintain control in meetings.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet business needs, with a proven track record of timely task completion.
  • Ability to make quality decisions independently and with managerial mentorship.
