Key Responsibilities

Operational Quality Management (QA) Activities:

• Support compliance with customer quality and food safety requirements within the warehouse.

• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure adherence to customer standards.

• Identify quality-related issues on-site, report promptly, and support corrective actions.

• Ensure operational procedures align with QMS requirements and propose improvements when needed.

• Review daily quality-related documents and provide feedback to the operations team.

Audit Preparation and Support:

• Assist in internal and external audits, including ISO 9001 and customer-specific audits.

• Prepare documentation for customer audits and manage follow-up actions.

• Collaborate with the operations team to implement improvements based on audit results and customer feedback.

QMS Maintenance and Operational Support:

• Maintain and manage QMS-related work instructions, procedures, and records.

• Provide training and guidance to the operations team on QMS compliance and quality standards.

• Ensure QMS documents and data are kept up-to-date and accurate.

Customer and Internal Collaboration:

• Support quality-related requests and issues from or key customers.

• Work closely with the operations team to meet quality and food safety requirements and identify improvement opportunities.

• Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and reporting as needed.

We are looking for:

• College degree or higher (a chemical or science-related major preferred) or equivalent relevant experience.

• 3–10 years of QA/QC experience in FMCG, food, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, warehouses, or related industries, with experience in quality checks, audit preparation, and document management.

• Understanding of warehouse and logistics processes is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of Non-Conformance (NC) and Quality Management Systems (QMS); knowledge of international standards (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.

• Proficiency in data management and report writing.

• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive mindset; experience in customer interaction and collaboration is a plus.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English (conversational level) and native fluency in Korean.
