About the role
As Responsible Person and Quality Assurance Manager for Finland you will ensure local Quality processes and systems are in place for all activities carried out across the Local Business ensuring as well that they are in compliance with Haleon standards and policies, GDP and with local regulatory requirements and legislation.
You will integrate the Nordics QA organization and work closely with the quality colleagues in the cluster.
This role reports into the Quality Assurance Lead for Nordics and is based in Helsinki.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure implementation and maintenance of quality management system - Opportunity to influence and design the new Haleon Quality System

Act as SME for defined quality processes

Ensure that initial and continuous training programmes are implemented and maintained - ensure that employees in LOC Finland receive regular training in GDP

Management of product quality complaints
-
Management of Deviations, CAPAs, Change controls and Continuous Improvements

Suppliers and customers qualification and management of subcontracted activities with GDP impact

Define and execute self-inspection program

Conduct internal audits
-
Deciding on the final disposition of returned, rejected, recalled or falsified products

Chair Quality Councils and escalate risks as appropriate within the organization.

Distribution oversight from Multi-market warehouse to the finnish market
-
Recall & Incident management.

Ensure medicinal samples are distributed according to Finnish legislation and the amount of distributed medicinal samples are reported annually to local Authorities.

Act as contact person for the mandatory reserve stock
Qualifications and skills
-
MSc in Pharmacy in Finland .
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical/ Consumer Healthcare Industries, preferably in Quality Assurance.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to GDP.

Dynamic, proactive, fast-learner, pragmatic, eager to learn and develop.

Good team player, works well in cross-functional teams.

Works with a spirit of continuous improvement and innovation, creatively open to new ideas and methods.

Flexible thinking – able to challenge and see views from different perspectives.

Good communication skills - Able to deliver positive and proactive communications and foster excellent working relationships with stakeholders at any level of the organization.
