QA Lab ATM Testing Specialist (Onsite)
The Associate will be responsible for performing automated teller machine (ATM) software release validation testing and logging defects in an issue tracking system (JIRA). The candidate should be experienced working with both ATM Software and Hardware. Additional responsibilities will include, executing software installations on ATM machines, curing ATM hardware device and configuration issues as well as manual testing of ATM software. The individual will work with Developers, Business Analyst, Database Administrators, Network Engineers, and support teams to analyze, develop, maintain and execute ATM software installation procedures.
Responsibilities:

• Have an understanding of the software development life cycle and how testing applies
• Maintain a solid understanding of ATM Software Stack and Installations
• Performing software release validation testing, logging defects (Jira)
• Experience and willingness to execute lengthy manual validation testing scripts
• Remediate issues discovered during testing or deployment
• Execute in person ATM software stack installations
• Engage Application Owners/Developers/Vendors as needed to develop appropriate technical solutions
• Investigate and cure ATM hardware and configuration issues to allow machines to be rebuilt or brought back into service
• Engage with project teams as needed to provide packaging and deployment support

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Basic Qualifications :

• Associate's Degree or military experience
• At least 1 year experience with application packaging
• At least 1 year experience of identifying software anomalies in a QA ATM test environment
• At least 1 year experience using Jira
• At least 1 year experience with Windows 10 and knowledge of Windows 11

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of Data Management experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• At Least 1 year experience with Window Security updates and hardware encryption processes
• At least 2 year experience with Windows 10 and knowledge of Windows 11
