Get to Know the Team

The Lending team builds secure, versatile loan products for diverse user segments, managing important platform components like the Loan Management System, Repayments Engine, and Product Flow Orchestrator. We create distributed systems that impact millions, with a focus on underserved communities. Concepts like Idempotency, CAP theorem, and Distributed Agreement are important to the systems we develop.

Get to Know the Role 

We are looking for QA Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will help ensure the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing and quality assurance processes. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will work onsite in our Jakarta Office and collaborate with our team in Bangalore, India.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Develop test plans, cases, and scripts to identify and report software defects.
• Perform manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and partners to maintain quality standards.
• Conduct performance testing to identify areas for optimization and system improvements.
• Report, and verify bug fixes using bug tracking systems while improving testing processes.

Qualifications

The Essential Skills You Will Need

• 3+ years of experience with software testing methodologies, automation tools (Selenium, Appium), and performance testing.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python and familiarity with SQL and database concepts.
• Experience working with bug tracking systems (JIRA) and version control tools (Git).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in collaboration with Agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory for the role
