We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to join our growing QA team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our AI products meet the required quality standards before being released into production environments. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, TPMs, and other stakeholders to design and execute test plans, analyze test results, identify defects, and help improve overall software quality. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead testing efforts are crucial for success. The ideal candidate has a passion for quality assurance, enjoys working in a dynamic environment, and is a self-starter with a strong work ethic.

In this role, you will:

  • Design, develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases based on product requirements and specifications.
  • Identify, document, and track defects in collaboration with the development team to ensure issues are addressed efficiently.
  • Lead QA efforts for projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Perform functional, regression, exploratory, performance, and usability testing across our AI products.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to review and clarify requirements, ensuring test coverage for new features and improvements.
  • Validate bug fixes and perform retesting as needed.
  • Provide clear and regular status updates on testing progress, defect resolution, and project milestones.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to the overall quality and stability of releases.

  • You have 4+ years of experience in software testing.
  • You possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead QA efforts and collaborate across teams.
  • You have a solid understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • You are proficient with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and test case management tools.
  • You have excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • You are familiar with Agile methodologies and can thrive in a fast-paced development environment.
  • You are skilled in testing APIs, databases, and performing basic SQL queries.
  • You have hands-on knowledge of automated testing tools or frameworks to execute test cases.
