For the role of QA Engineer I We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Test Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of testing methodologies, and hands-on experience in automation and manual testing. They will collaborate with development and product teams to ensure the highest quality software releases. and will be located in Hybrid Model with FOW to attend every quarter in Bangalore.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for functional, integration, and regression testing. 
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.
• Collaborate with development teams to reproduce and resolve defects.
• Work closely with business analysts and product owners to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and review meetings as part of Agile development.
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide timely and effective test reports and communicate test progress, risks, and results to stakeholders.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in software testing (manual and automation).
• Strong knowledge of software testing life cycle (STLC) and defect life cycle.
• Hands-on experience with automation testing tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Experience in API testing with Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
