We are seeking two dedicated and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our Professional Services team, which focuses on developing robust projects for our customers, using our own products and world-wide JS technology stack. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our projects through meticulous testing and proactive problem-solving. This role involves working closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve defects early in the development cycle.

Must Haves

  • Proven experience as a Frontend QA Engineer with a mix of automation (20%) and manual (80%) testing experience (happy to do a mix of both)
  • Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility testing
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Proficiency in React testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)
  • Develop and document comprehensive test plans and test cases based on functional and technical requirements
  • Participate in design and requirement review meetings to provide input on testability, usability, and functionality
  • Execute various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, load, and security testing
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and report defects accurately
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent English and Polish language skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with accessibility testing
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts
  • Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline
  • Provide detailed reports on testing progress, defects, and overall quality metrics
  • UX knowledge

We offer:

  • Full-time Contract of Employment - fixed term for 12 months (including a 3-month probationary period), with the potential for the period to be extended.
  • Salary: 9,000 - 13,500 PLN/month gross Job Contract
