You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

• Previous experience in creating applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Ability to develop functionalities within the platform, leveraging its predefined features.
• Capability to interpret and map out the application's workflow based on existing documentation.
• Analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical functionalities.
• Experience with integrating Power Apps with other tools, especially Slack, Microsoft Outlook (email), and Microsoft Teams.
• Proficiency in using connectors and APIs to facilitate communication between platforms.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to troubleshoot and extend functionalities as necessary.
• Demonstrated capacity for rapid learning and adaptation to new tools and technologies.
• Communication skills for understanding and discussing requirements, as well as interacting with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to identify potential issues and develop creative solutions throughout the development process.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, effectively interacting with other developers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Experience in creating automated workflows and integrations using Power Automate.
• Familiarity with trigger-action models and the ability to design efficient, scalable workflows.
• These additions ensure that the candidate is equipped to handle tasks involving automation, complementing their Power Apps skills.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of applications using Microsoft Power Apps to meet business needs.
• Analyze existing documentation to map out application workflows and processes.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical functionalities.
• Help integrate Power Apps with other applications and services, ensuring smooth communication between platforms.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues that arise during the development process.
• Create and manage automated workflows using Power Automate to enhance application functionality.
• Quickly learn new tools and technologies related to Power Apps and Power Automate to support development efforts.
• Work effectively within a team environment, contributing ideas and insights to project discussions.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on progress and gather feedback.
