Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Purchasing & Logistics Associate to support our Supply Chain Team. This part-time role focuses on warehouse management, packaging, shipping, low-dollar purchasing, and inventory management. You’ll be essential in ensuring smooth operations, timely shipments, and efficient organization of the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
Receive incoming shipments, inspecting deliveries for accuracy, and organizing items.
Perform regular inventory checks to keep stock levels up-to-date and assist with stock replenishment.
Prepare items for shipment according to packing and shipping guidelines.
Document and label product revision and serial numbers before shipping
Schedule pickups and coordinate with shipping providers to meet delivery deadlines.
Assist Supply Chain Lead with tracking shipments and resolve any issues that may arise in the shipping process.
Support low-dollar purchasing activities, including sourcing and ordering supplies and materials.
Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Collaborate with the Supply Chain Lead to ensure all purchasing and shipping activities stay within budget and align with company standards and requirements.
Assist with documenting and updating inventory records in the system.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, or purchasing roles is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift and move boxes as needed.
Proficient in using computers.
