This position requires 2-5 year of experience in API Supply Chain with Post graduation in Supply Chain Management & Material Management.
Job Summary :
This Purchase associate position is responsible for Indirect procurement and purchase of non stock materials and documentation and change control support for the PAT SCM and support for non stock services.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assisting procurement activities right from PR to receipts.
- Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery to be in-line with project time-lines.
- Vendor follow-ups to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Assisting RFQ (request for quotations) and Quote comparisons (QCS).
- Co-ordination of cross-functional teams for various procurement needs
Secondary responsibilities
- Vendor management: Build long-term relationships with vendors in the industry for better price and on-time supplies.
- Initiating Annual rate contracting system wherever feasible for smooth procurement flow.
- Responsible for preparation and completion of change control of Supplier approved master list.
