The Partnership Operations team at Roblox plays a critical role in building the future of advertising. As a Publisher Operations Specialist, you will be a key contributor in supporting Roblox developers in their journey to monetize their experiences with ad solutions. You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals to ensure seamless integration and maximize the potential of in-experience advertising on the Roblox platform.

You will report to Senior Program Manager, Partner Growth & Monetization and role is based in our San Mateo, CA office 

You Will:

  • Support Developer Success: Assist developers in understanding and implementing ad solutions, providing guidance and answering questions.
  •  Contribute to building a thriving developer community by participating in forums, providing support, and sharing valuable resources.
  • Support the execution of programs designed to accelerate the adoption of new ad products, including helping with educational initiatives and workshops.
  • Work closely with the Publisher Operations team to identify developer needs and contribute to improving ad performance and developer satisfaction.

You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience in a technical program management role, ideally within the gaming or advertising industry.
  • Passion about next-gen entertainment and advertising: Interested in game development and excited about the potential of in-experience advertising.
  • A strong desire to develop skills in developer relations, community management, and ad operations.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate information to developers, both written and verbally.
  • Technological Curiosity: Comfortable with basic technical concepts and eager to learn more about ad integration and game development.
  • Collaboration skills and a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.

Annual Salary Range

$129,760$163,450 USD

Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
