Für den Bereich Solvents am Standort Stade nahe Hamburg suchen wir aktuell einen Prozessautomatisierungstechniker (m/w/d).

Als Mitglied unseres Teams sind Sie verantwortlich für die Programmierung und Optimierung des Prozessleitsystems, um die Anlagenausnutzung und -betrieb zu optimieren. Hierbei arbeiten Sie eng mit Ingenieuren, Koordinatoren und Operatoren der Anlage zusammen, um Probleme zu lösen und Verbesserungen zu implementieren. Die Programmierung erfolgt in einer firmeneigenen Software MOD V, die wir Ihnen durch interne Schulungen näher bringen.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktions- und Instandhaltungsteam zur Problemfindung und Lösung in Soft- und Hardwarebereich
• Entwicklung von Bedienoberflächen für die Operator Stations.
• Implementierung von Regelstrategien für größere Projekte
• Simulation von Programmänderungen
• Identifizierung und Behebung von Fehlern in Regelkreisen.
• Entwicklung technischer Vorschläge zur Einführung von wertsteigernden Verbesserungen.
• Teilnahme an der Entwicklung von Standard-Trainingsmodulen für das Anlagenpersonal.
• Durchführung von Process Control-relevanten Audits.

Qualifikationen:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Handwerksmeister im technischen Bereich, Industriemeister, Techniker oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung.
• Kenntnisse der Sicherheitsregeln für mechanische und verfahrenstechnische Anlagen.
• Vertiefte Kenntnisse in der SPS Programmierung
• Kenntnisse in der Dokumentation von Regelkreisen und Fehlerbehebung.
• Vertiefte Kenntnisse in Prozessinstrumentierung.
• Erfahrung in der Projektplanung.
• Verständnis der jeweiligen Prozesstechnologie und spezifischer Sicherheitsaspekte.
