Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop incoming engine workscopes that meet customer needs, adhering to contract requirements
- Work cross functionally with quality and design engineers to ensure that new processes achieve established metrics
- Provide technical responses and recommendations to customers as well as internal business units
- Support and meet production schedules and quality initiatives all within budget boundaries
- Investigate hardware and work closely with design engineering to resolve hardware issues
- Promote and build a positive working relationship with all members of the site
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in computer skill and MS Office
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or institution and 3+ years of jet propulsion manufacturing and/or engineering experience (or a minimum high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of propulsion manufacturing and/or engineering experience)
