Promotions Operations Executive

Hybrid working: 2 days a week in the office

The Role 

As a Promotions Operations Executive, you will be part of a team responsible for the day to day running of our promotional activity. Reporting to the Promotional Operations Manager, you will ensure all promotions are working correctly and fulfilled in a timely manner. You will collaborate closely with other departments, in particular our customer facing teams to ensure a best-in-class experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities  

• Manual Promotional fulfilment across all brands.  
• Work closely with the Customer Service team to assist with customer queries in relation to promotions.  
• Ensure our customer facing teams have all relevant promotional information ready and available.  
• Identify any issues with active promotions and control the escalation process and be the point of contact.  
• Test and provide quality assessment of upcoming promotions.  
• Review and optimise customer journeys for all promotions.  
• Work closely with the CRM team to communicate with customers when manually fulfilling promotions.  
• Assist the CRM automation team to build and optimise the lifecycle promotions.  
• Assist the wider promotions team to optimise promotional plans.  
• Be responsible for the creation of automated promotions.  
• Provide reports of issues and feedback in regard to promotional activity.  
• Manage the content of the promotions page.  
• Review on-site visibility of promotions.  
• Act as a key stakeholder in all promotional product decisions.   

Skills, Knowledge and Experience  

• Knowledge of sports betting products and promotions. 
• Proven experience in a Sportsbook and/or Casino environment.  
• Problem-solving skills.  
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.  
• Always putting the customer experience at the forefront of decisions.  
• Highly collaborative, works well as part of a team and understands the team and business needs.  
•  Ability to work to stringent deadlines based on the Sporting calendar.
