The Democratic National Committee (DNC) seeks a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join the Office of Strategy and Innovation (OSI). The OSI is led by seasoned campaign practitioners, managing a team dedicated to crafting strategies for winning and maintaining Democratic majorities through comprehensive planning, coalition building, strategic research, and infrastructure innovation. This position will assist OSI’s leadership in the management of strategic planning and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Critical Path Management: Maintain and monitor the strategic roadmap for the DNC’s strategic plan and the Coordinated Campaign program.
- Budget Development: Support creation of DNC program budgets in alignment with leadership and campaign priorities.
- Strategic Planning: Support strategic planning operations for elections, campaign after action reporting, and development of key documents.
- Progress Monitoring Support: Develop and maintain a comprehensive spreadsheet/database to track key performance metrics, upcoming races, demographic data, and organizing tactics across all states.
- Developing Educational + Pitch Documents: Facilitate preparation of materials and data to craft presentations.
Qualifications
- Experience in campaign management, infrastructure coordination, and strategic planning.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management and budgeting tools.
The Project Specialist position will require travel, which could be up to 1-15% of the time.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position, which means you will be eligible for overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 40 in a given workweek. This position is in the bargaining unit represented by SEIU Local-500.

This means that they are doing campaign and finance work, they cannot be a foreign national/visa holder, only U.S. citizens and Green card holders.
