Experience: 5 – 6 years
- Lead and manage entire support operations.
- Be first point of escalation.
- Control support metrics.
- Work in an operations team supporting requests related to project lifecycle.

- Create excel reports related to various requests.
Mandatory Skills
- Proficient in English and Spanish
- Supervisor Experience .
- Hands on experience on a ticket management tool like Service Now, Jira etc.
- Ticket Triaging
- Hands on experience in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Worked in an operations support team.
Desired Skills

Education: College degree or equivalent.
