Teledyne is looking for a Project Scheduler who will interface directly with the program team to update milestone deliverable tracking, MS Project percent complete and assist in earned value management reporting. What you will be doing:

  • Decompose the project scope into deliverable work packages (WBS)

  • Update and maintain a project delivery schedule

  • Interface with the program & procurement teams

  • Develop a fabrication schedule status by working directly with the fabrication team

  • Provide industry scheduling best practices

  • Define and communicate critical path

  • Interface with the customers scheduler

  • Assist with resource planning and balancing

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in Business or a related field and 8 years of directly related experience as a project scheduler; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

  • Savvy user of MS Project is a must.

  • Collects and researches data; uses intuition and experience to complement data.

  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; works well in group problem solving situations.

  • Communicates changes and progress.

  • Pursues training and development opportunities; strives to continuously build knowledge and skills.

  • Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; participates in, facilitates or leads meetings.

  • Writes clearly and informatively; Edits work for spelling and grammar; Varies writing style to meet needs; Presents numerical data effectively; Able to read and interpret written information.

Salary Range for position: $85,000 - $115,000 / annual (commensurate with level of experience and education).

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education / training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.

Salary Range:

$89,250.00-$120,225.000
