About the job
As a Project Planner & Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing, updating, and maintaining project plans to ensure timely execution. You will be responsible for creating and aligning project plans, risk management, and progress tracking to deliver projects on schedule and within budget while optimizing resource capacity across Engineering & Supply to facilitate efficient project execution. Your key responsibilities include:
Planning:

Develop, maintain, and update project schedules within project management systems.

Monitor project progress, identify critical activities, and provide status updates.

Ensure alignment between project schedules, execution plans, and supply chain processes.
-
Evaluate and manage schedule change requests in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Identify and mitigate time-related risks to minimize project delays.
Capacity:
-
Plan, monitor, and optimize resource capacity across key business functions.
-
Ensure balanced workload distribution to enhance efficiency and prevent bottlenecks.
Project Coordination:
-
Develop and maintain standard workflows, templates, SOPs, and working methods.
-
Define, track, and report KPIs related to project deliverables.

Support continuous improvement in project planning and coordination.

Perform ad hoc project coordination tasks as required.
About you
You are highly skilled with a strong focus on planning and analytic capabilities. Your ability to influence and foster collaboration makes you an invaluable team player. You are detail-oriented and have the ability to detect small but important details, taking the initiative to solve problems before they become significant. You embrace new thinking and are adept at adjusting to new situations. Your ability to think outside the box and challenge standard ways of working sets you apart as a forward-thinking innovator.
Required Qualifications:

Open to candidates from diverse educational backgrounds, with a preference for those experienced in Project Coordination, Project Planning, or Production Planning.

5 years of experience in project planning, recourse allocation, tracking progress, and dependency management as a planner.
-
Solid experience within ERP systems, particularly Axapta, D365 in Project Planning and Production Planning.
-
Proficient in operational flows.
-
Skilled in using MS Project and other similar project management software.
Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft applications.
As part of a global organization, speaking and writing English is a prerequisite.
