We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join our project management team.
Responsibilities:
- Pre-sale stream:
- Facilitate Presales activities within presales team.
- Run project estimation for the project together with engineering leads.
- Calculate GM.
- Help the Presales team with building the optimal project proposal.
- Participate in proposal pitching and handling objections.
- Project stream:
- Organize full-cycle software engineering project from the initiation phase to the project closure.
- Take responsibility for the project timeline, cost, scope implementation, and quality.
- Monitor project budget, resource utilization, and timelines.
- Operate project revenue and cost in order to provide sufficient profit and affordable risk level for the company.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, etc.).
- Ensure high-quality deliverables within agreed-upon timeframes.
- Define and ensure compliance with best practice development methodologies.
- Build positive relationships and trust with the team and customers
- Manage client expectations, ensure transparency in the project, and address concerns proactively.
Requirements:
- Proven project management and planning skills and a history of delivering projects on time.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in software project management.
- 3+ years experience in pre-sales.
- Experience in project initiation.
- Experience working in software outsourcing companies.
- Experience in leading several projects in parallel or experience in the management of large-scale projects.
- Experience with Fixed price engagements.
- Familiarity with software development practices.
- Proven ability to lead teams in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent command of the English language (C1).
- Previous work in companies like EPAM, Accenture, or similar (a big advantage).
Certifications:
- PMP (preferred), Scrum Master (advantageous).
