Job Description
Experienced Project Manager for a Major Investment Project in IKEA Industry Boards Factory
We are seeking candidates with a proven track record of successfully leading large investment projects. Do you have the expertise and leadership skills to steer complex initiatives from inception to completion? If so, we want you to join our dynamic team!
In this position you will:
- Lead the implementation of an innovative investment project from inception to successful completion
- Control the scope and budget, ensuring adherence to project plans
- Ensure high quality in project execution and monitor potential risks, opportunities, and issues that may impact the project
- Coordinate the project team and ensure effective communication with project stakeholders.
Qualifications
As an Experienced Project Manager, we hope that you have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years managing large-scale investment projects
- Solid financial acumen to effectively manage budgets and project finances
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and change management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and persuade at all organizational levels
- Proficiency in English, enabling effective communication
- A commitment to development, taking and sharing responsibility, leading by example, togetherness, caring for people and the planet, creativity, simplicity, and cost-efficiency.
