THE JOB
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting multiple projects including system integrations, M&A integrations, process improvements, and various strategic initiatives across the LATAM region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a few years of international corporate experience who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Experience in the ticketing and entertainment industry is a plus.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects across LATAM, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, track progress, and prepare regular status reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including technology, finance, operations, and business units—to gather requirements and provide project updates.
- Process Improvement: Work closely with senior team members to identify process gaps and opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
- Resource & Budget Tracking: Help monitor project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure alignment with overall project goals.
- Risk & Issue Management: Help identify potential risks and issues early; escalate and recommend corrective actions to maintain project timelines and quality.
- Communication & Coordination: Manage day-to-day communication with internal and external partners; coordinate meetings, workshops, and events.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 5 years of experience in an international corporate environment, ideally in project coordination or project management support. Experience in the ticketing and entertainment industry is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of tech product development principles and understanding of roadmaps.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies is advantageous.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (written and spoken).

- Result Focus and Initiative: Focused on achieving the end goal but also takes initiative to solve problems.
- Teamwork: Demonstrate awareness of the team's workload and challenges and can offer support when needed.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Able to work across multiple time zones in a global team environment and commit to occasional travel.
