Winston Benefits, a Brown & Brown company, is Seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team in Manasquan, NJ!

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of implementations and special projects for our benefits administration clients. A leader that can manage across disciplines and departments (including Business, Technical, and Sales) and assign roles for major aspects of our client projects.

How You Will Contribute

  • Serve as Project Manager on implementations, enrollments, audits, and other special projects and is responsible for
  • organizing and delegating tasks.
  • Direct and manage project development leveraging technology, using diverse medium and methods to increase
  • efficiency.
  • Create and maintain project plan documents such as meeting minutes, project timelines, risk management plans, and
  • others as needed.
  • Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools to ensure effective project execution
  • and implementation.
  • Manage project dependencies, critical paths, changes in project scope, identifying potential crises and devising
  • contingency plans.
  • Conduct project postmortems and created recommendation reports in order to identify successful and unsuccessful
  • project elements.
  • Assign vendor and client deliverables and deadlines and execute to established standards and processes

Skills & Experience to Be Successful

  • A college degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong Customer Relationship Management Skills – CRM.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and other systems experience.
  • Strong Project Management Skills – PPM.
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs (primary Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • 5 or more years of insurance industry and/or technology experience related to servicing benefits administration accounts preferred.

Pay Range

30 - 40 Hourly

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
