Job Description

Canyon GBS is looking for a dedicated, highly adaptable Project Manager who is ready to fully invest in supporting the Founder across a variety of high-impact projects. This is a multifaceted, service-oriented role where you will assist in everything from operational planning and customer support to special projects, implementations, and partner engagement.

You will work closely with the Founder to ensure priorities are executed seamlessly, supporting initiatives that keep the company running smoothly and helping bring ideas to life. This position requires a highly organized, responsive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project execution for formal initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination from planning to completion while keeping all stakeholders aligned.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, funders, and customers, to support key initiatives and maintain strong relationships.
  • Provide logistical and hands-on support for travel and onsite engagements, ensuring smooth execution of meetings, events, and special projects wherever needed. Must be flexible and comfortable with travel as required.
  • Assist the Founder in managing daily priorities, coordinating special projects, and ensuring smooth execution of tasks.
  • Provide operational support across departments, ensuring processes stay on track and leadership has what they need.
  • Assist with customer support, implementations, and partner initiatives to maintain positive relationships.
  • Handle scheduling, communications, document preparation, and general administrative support as needed.
  • Take on a variety of responsibilities—no task is too big or too small when it comes to making an impact.

Hiring Range

$80,000 - $120,000

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or IT is preferred, but strong execution skills matter most.
  • One to three years of experience in project management, operations, or executive support is required.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail are necessary to keep schedules and priorities on track.
  • Takes pride in being a steady and reliable presence, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of projects and manage them from start to finish with precision.
  • Flexibility and adaptability are essential for handling shifting priorities and last-minute requests.
  • Strong communication skills are required to interact professionally with leadership, customers, partners, and funders.
  • While we are a remote company, must be extremely comfortable with travel and ready meet in-person as needed.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Jira is required, in addition to the ability to learn new technologies as needed.
  • Brings a service-first mindset, and understands the importance of being dependable, responsive, and proactive in supporting the Founder and broader team.
