The Technical Part:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and at least five (5) years of experience in Project Control activities within the Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices Industry.
- Bilingual: Spanish and English
- Soft Skills: Excellent Communication skills, and Positive attitude.
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Ensure project controls work is managed in accordance with procedures and work instructions
- Assess resource requirements to support all project control needs
- Coordinate development and maintenance of project estimates with Project Estimator or consultants
- Coordinate development and maintenance of budget
- Coordinate development of baseline project schedule, and subsequent updates
- Coordinate and produce the project cost and progress reports for the Project Manager
- Support procurement in the development of the project controls requirements of construction RFP documents
- Supervise project controls support personnel assigned to project
- Identify and analyze potential project issues through risk management techniques
- Recommend corrective action and provide follow up on those recommendations
- Promote communication and teamwork within group and project
- Provide assistance in defending Lilly from vendor claims.
