Role
The Project Manager plays a key supporting role in ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects within a specific stream or product. Reporting to the Delivery Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for managing project-level tasks, tracking progress, and coordinating between cross-functional teams to ensure that timelines, priorities, and quality standards are met. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support project execution in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the Delivery Manager by overseeing the delivery of multiple projects within a stream or product.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.
- Coordinate and follow up on project-level tasks with internal teams (Product, Tech, Data, UI/UX, etc.).
- Assist in identifying and addressing project risks, escalating critical issues to the Delivery Manager when needed.
- Ensure all project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports, is up to date and organized.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives..
- Maintain and monitor project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) for tracking project progress and dependencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or related roles.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic understanding of tech products, software development lifecycle, or B2B environments is a plus.
