What You Will Do
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Manager to join our team at Goodway Group. In this role, you will oversee a variety of projects and initiatives to support our company strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and achieving outcomes.
- Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Execution: Coordinate resources and manage day-to-day project activities to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with media, client experience, tech, marketing and business development teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on project status to stakeholders and senior management.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and refinement of project management processes and best practices within the agency.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in project management tools (preferably Monday.com) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
