Job Overview:

As a Project Manager - PMO, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing strategic projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects within the specified deadlines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate projects according to project management methodologies.
  • Define project objectives, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
  • Set up performance indicators to measure project effectiveness.

Qualifications

Hard Skills:

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, PMBOK).
  • Deep knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.).
  • Expertise in risk management and strategic planning.
  • Knowledge of PMO tools and project portfolio management.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate diverse teams.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset and anticipation skills to identify risks and opportunities.

Experience Level:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in project management, preferably with experience in complex and large-scale projects.

Mandatory Certifications:

  • PRINCE2 or PMP certification is mandatory for this role.

Required Languages:

  • French: Level C1 (Full Professional Proficiency).
  • English: Level B2 (Intermediate Professional Proficiency).
