Project Manager

For Project Management services in the Extrusion area.

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Engineering and at least eight (8) years of previous exposure in Program/Project Management activities within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices industry.
• PMP certification preferred 
• Bilingual: (English & Spanish)
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
• Advanced skills in using and creating schedules in Microsoft Project.
• Experience in:
  • Management of multiple complex, large-scale projects with the ability to prioritize. 
  • Project budgets and financial management.
  • GMP and GDP regulations.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Execute required activities for initiation/planning, execution, controlling, and closing phases.
• Create and manage project schedules and action item trackers.
• Develop a high-level milestone plan for the program and manage program changes in accordance with the change management plan to control scope, and mitigate risks, quality, schedule, cost, and contracts.
• Establish and maintain program stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communications, both internal and external to the organization.
• Manage and control changes from the original scope through the scope change process.
• Facilitate meetings as necessary to serve as conduit between project/team members in all cross-functional groups.
• Drive communications and escalate issues/risks to the project's critical path timeline, resources, budget, and scope.
