Your role...
MIS, a ReSource Pro company, is seeking a Project Manager responsible for delivering results working closely with the Senior Manager, Technology.. Your duties will include managing projects related to new client onboarding, technology development, and program implementation, among others.
This is an onsite role based 100% in-office at the MIS office in Maitland, Florida.
In 3 months you will...
- Lead Project Management for various internal- and external facing initiatives, including new client onboarding, software development and integration projects, and internal process improvement initiatives.
- Define project scope and problem statement, identifies project team members and forms the project team.
- Create project plan with the help of Managing Director and Senior Managers and sets targets for milestones. Delegates tasks on the project to team members best positioned to complete them, and complete tasks that cannot be delegated with own expertise.
- Troubleshoot effectively when obstacles or risks emerge, including root cause analysis, brainstorm solutions, etc. Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
- Serve as the main point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
- Communicate with Managing Director, Senior Managers, and ReSource Pro senior leaders to keep projects aligned with organizational goals. Adjust schedules and targets and coordinate with vendors and suppliers when needed.
To be successful, you will need...
- 3+ years' experience in project management
- Software development process knowledge
- Exceptional communication, writing and presentation skills
- Strong command of technology
- Ability to plan for, lead, and manage change
