- Close cooperation with the client;
- Work on custom complex client-server solutions;
- Work closely with an international team of professionals;
- Analysing requirements, working on estimates, creating tasks and documentation;
- Participating in company events, internal projects;
- Mentoring, participating in interviews.
- Technical background;
- Proficiency in Jira, Trello, Gantt;
- Ability to plan and organize project working process;
- Understanding of Scrum principles, roles, events, rules;
- Ability to work with requirements, reports preparation;
- Control of tasks delivery and progress tracking;
- Great communicational and teamwork skills;
- Ability to make decisions and take responsibility;
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills (B2);
