Requirements
· Leads the planning and execution of IT projects related to HR technology, focusing on Workday
· Defines project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with the HR business goals
· Develops and maintains comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations. Provides regular updates to senior management on project status and performance metrics
· Identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies to ensure that projects remain on track
· Builds and maintains effective working relationships with stakeholders, including vendors
· Supervises IT Business Systems Analysts and other related staff
· Five (5) years of demonstrated experience leading complex IT projects
· Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms
· Experience supporting projects that further Human Resources goals and initiatives
· Experience using project management tools
· Experience building and delivering presentations for stakeholder audiences
