The Position

Our Project Manager's resposibility is to work with internal stakeholders and external clients to create a process to bring that idea to life ensuring customer satisfaction.

The Opportunity:

- Leading or being part of project teams ensuring clear roles and responsibilities and resource assignment to the project plan deliverables.

- Effectively managing stakeholders through the establishment of key relationships and developing an understanding of their organizations.

- Generating, maintaining and tracking an accurate and realistic project plan, project risk and issue log and ensuring the project status is timely and transparent

- Manages and prioritizes the project stream, working with internal stakeholders to determine project and deployment definition and business requirements.
- Ensures that project steps are in alignment with customer expectations and objectives, on time, within budget and according to project standards and methods.
- Drives project execution, identifying and mitigating risks
- Manages status reports and presentations for customers and leaders as needed, including budget analysis, resource allocations, etc.
- Identifies and promotes best practices within the different teams to ensure customer experience improvement
- Provides support to optimize the delivery of backlog items and strategic initiatives.

Who you are:

- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering 

- Experience 7+ in Project Management or equivalent compentence developed through experience
- Certification in Project Management is a plus

- Ability to motivate and lead a project team or team members if required
- Knowledge and Experience in Agile Methodologies or SCRUM.
- Knowledge and Experience managing a Project Scheduling tool
- Advanced -  English & Spanish
- Ability to travel regulary (around 30% of the time)
