The Project Manager for the Transformation Team drives the execution of key strategic business initiatives, ensuring alignment with Armanino’s internal project and change management methodology. This role champions best practices in project management, from initial scoping to maintaining project assets, defining KPIs, proactively managing risks, and keeping teams focused on delivering measurable outcomes. With a deep understanding of each project’s intricacies and its role within the broader transformation portfolio, the Project Manager adapts plans as needed to drive success.
Job Responsibilities:

Establish, maintain, and optimize project infrastructure, documentation, and tools to ensure clarity, alignment, and efficiency.

Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, manage agendas, and ensure teams remain aligned on priorities, milestones, and objectives.

Oversee complex programs with multiple workstreams, ensuring timely execution and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Lead discovery sessions, defining requirements and designing programs to meet objectives.

Demonstrate leadership, partnership, and collaboration; motivating and inspiring high-functioning cross-functional teams.

Guide cross-functional workstreams to meet deadlines, deliverables, and strategic goals while adapting to shifting priorities.

Develop and refine project deliverables, including strategy design and development, planning, data analysis, and communication frameworks.

Anticipate challenges, secure stakeholder buy-in at all levels and proactively manage risks to drive project success.

Understand the broader transformation portfolio and adapt project and change management plans accordingly to maximize impact.

Deliver concise, insightful updates through reports, dashboards, and executive presentations highlighting project progress, KPIs, and business impact.

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and resolving roadblocks.

Surface critical decision points, address potential misalignments, and proactively navigate competing perspectives.

Champion continuous improvement – Identify gaps, challenge the status quo, and drive efficiencies.

Foster a culture of knowledge-sharing, mentorship, and continuous feedback within project teams.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, related field, or equivalent work experience
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing business projects and organizational transformation initiatives with a strong track record of execution.

Change Management Expertise: Experience leading change and transformation initiatives.

Experience working in Professional Services, Accounting, or Financial Services is a plus.

Confident executive presence, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, and Smartsheet.

Ability to assess complex business challenges, identify solutions, and drive results.

Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills to ensure projects stay on track.

Travel for Armanino business and clients, as needed.
