About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with experience in API and Open Banking, DevSecOps, Data Management, and Distributed Databases to join our team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee technical projects focused on API and Open Banking integration and ensure that projects are delivered securely, with a strong focus on data management, distributed databases, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, business stakeholders, architect, infrastructure and information security professionals to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting high technical, security, and customer experience standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee technical projects focused on API and work integration in the areas of API & data management and distributed databases.
- Develop project scopes, technical requirements, and project plans to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget with a strong focus on data management, distributed databases, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Manage project risks and issues, including the development of contingency plans to minimize the impact of unforeseen events.
- Collaborate with developers, engineers, business stakeholders, and information security professionals to translate business requirements into technical specifications that are secure, effective in data management, and meet customer expectations.
- Ensure the highest technical, security, and customer experience standards are met for all delivered projects, with an emphasis on data management and distributed databases.
- Continuously improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders, including senior executives, with a focus on customer delight.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager with a focus on API and Open Banking integration, DevSecOps, data management, and distributed databases.
- Strong technical knowledge of APIs, Open Banking, DevSecOps principles, data management, and distributed databases.
- Experience managing projects with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Knowledge of manage data from Core Platform, Kafka, Casandra or distribute database is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
