Location: Cape Town

Hybrid work model: Minimum two days a week in the office (Mondays and Thursdays), with option to work remotely for remaining three days

Our Project Managers demonstrate the following:
Strong communication skills: You communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and clients. This includes being able to listen actively, convey information clearly and concisely, and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner. 

Leadership abilities: You motivate and inspire your  team members to achieve project goals. This includes setting clear expectations, providing guidance and direction, and recognizing and rewarding team members for their contributions.

Time management and organizational skills: You manage your time effectively and keep track of project milestones,  and deadlines. This includes creating and maintaining project schedules, prioritizing tasks, and delegating responsibilities as needed.

Problem-solving skills: You identify potential problems and develop solutions to mitigate or resolve them. This includes being proactive in identifying risks and developing contingency plans.

Flexibility and adaptability: You adapt to changing circumstances and adjust project plans as needed. This includes being able to pivot quickly if a project's goals or requirements change.

Attention to detail: You pay close attention to details and ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards.

Technical knowledge: You are familiar with project management methodology, tools and software, as well as the industry standards and best practices relevant to our projects and industries. PM qualification and experience in the EdTech/online learning industry is an advantage. 

Requirements
  • Proven track record of managing projects (experience within the EdTech space would be advantageous) 
  • Ability to foster and maintain relationships
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills and an ability to work to deadlines
  • Sharp problem solving skills
  • Commercial acumen
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
  • An ability to work in an agile environment, by adapting to situations and understanding new concepts quickly. ​
  • ​Proven ability to self-motivate and work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
