The Opportunity:

Lead project cargo business development, management, procurement, and solution strategies.

Oversee Marine Chartering, exploring part/full charter options for Break Bulk, RORO, and OOG cargoes.

Drive local and global project initiatives by collaborating with overseas colleagues.

Manage operations for BBK/RORO shipments, including local handling, port operations, and vessel loading.

Ensure customer requirements by liaising with carriers and suppliers, addressing cost, quality, logistics, and delivery needs.

Spearhead marketing, sales, and bidding document preparation to support project growth.
What You'll Need to Succeed:

Proven experience in project cargo management and Marine Chartering.

Strong leadership skills with a focus on team support and project training.
-
Proficiency in risk management control, especially for large-scale projects.

Familiarity with project solutions, including EHS and risk management training.

Strategic mindset to build and manage a project pipeline for the Korean market, supporting global and field sales teams.
