(ADD) Responsibilities:
Functions as the overall Scrum Master for this engagement. Responsibilities will include:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog for CLM configurations.
- Address project risks and remove impediments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Document and communicate configuration changes and project updates.
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in computer science, business, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong knowledge and usage with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- 10+ years of experience managing CapEx projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong background in commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV).
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and methodologies.
