Job Description
The Project Manager, Portfolio & Strategy will play a key role in supporting the efficiency, alignment, and strategic direction of the DTC Business Solutions team. This role involves managing a portfolio of projects, facilitating meetings, and ensuring progress on key objectives. The Project Manager will report to the Director, Portfolio, and Strategic Initiatives, to manage the intake, prioritization, and roadmap of DTC projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and work with stakeholders to mitigate issues.
  • Develop and implement processes that enhance operational efficiency and consistency across the DTC Business Solutions team.
  • Able to produce waterfall project artifacts
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate project meetings, ensuring that agendas are well-structured, and outcomes are communicated to stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment and decision-making across diverse teams.
  • Establish and manage structured operations review cadence to assess the progress of ongoing projects, identify challenges, and drive corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead the intake process for new projects and requests, working closely with stakeholders to prioritize efforts based on strategic alignment, impact, and resource availability.
  • Maintain oversight of the DTC project and initiative roadmaps.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality presentations to stakeholders, ensuring complex information is clearly communicated and that stakeholders are aligned on key initiatives, decisions, and next steps.
  • Work collaboratively with the business solutions team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives.
  • All other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management roles.
  • Proven experience in process design, improvement, implementation, and governance within a complex business environment.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess operational inefficiencies and implement solutions that improve organizational performance.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with experience leading cross-functional meetings and driving consensus among stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in developing and delivering presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira and Confluence), Smartsheets, Airtable, and Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

  • Great understanding of the System Development Life Cycle of technology tools, systems, and processes
  • Exceptional time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and apply historical knowledge to solution complex issues
  • Technical background, with alacrity for design, marketing, sales, and business development
  • Succinct yet effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Previous operations experience at a major streaming service a plus
  • PMP/Agile/JIRA Certifications a plus

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
