We’re looking for a driven and adaptable Project Manager to join our PMO team at NN. Whether you're a seasoned professional or a rising star in project management, if you have a solid track record in waterfall projects, a good grasp of agile frameworks, and a mindset for change and continuous improvement, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
• Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
• Inspire, guide, and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency
• Identify opportunities for improvement and champion innovation within projects
• Work closely with cross-functional teams using tools like DevOps, Jira, MS Teams, and MS Project
• Communicate with impact – you’ll present key insights to the Board of Directors and keep all stakeholders aligned
• Navigate and thrive in a dynamic environment, ensuring smooth collaboration across all levels
What We’re Looking For:
• Fantastic communication skills – the ability to engage, influence, and inspire across all levels of the organization
• Proven experience in project management (preferably in banking or insurance)
• Strong English language skills
• Solid understanding of both waterfall and agile methodologies
• Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is a strong plus
• A proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
