The Opportunity
“Our CCS Delivery Function is responsible for the implementation and managed service of the FICO® CCS (Customer Communication Services) solution. FICO CCS delivers intelligent, scalable, two-way, automated voice, text, e-mail and mobile app notifications, often alongside FICOs Fraud and Collections & Recoveries solutions.
This function holds a pivotal role, as the primary interface to client stakeholders, whilst working with a cross functional team to deliver successful projects. The candidate will have come from a technical software delivery background and be responsible for planning, leading and managing all phases of the deployments of Customer Communication Services applications as well as management of a small team of CCS Project Managers.” – Director, CCS Delivery Function
What You’ll Contribute
- Lead multiple software development projects from contract approval to final product delivery.
- Lead cross-functional project teams by prioritizing and coordinating all aspects of project execution.
- Work closely with business sponsors, stakeholders and functional owners as needed to ensure well-defined business cases, strategies and project plans.
- Complete appropriate project initiation and planning documentation.
- Create and own project plan including schedule, milestones, dependencies and critical path.
- Manage issues and risks, including the development of contingency plans.
- Manage budget and change orders. Publish weekly status reports.
- Monitor execution and provide executive updates to Client and FICO’s management team.
- Manage customer relationship with senior members of the client technology and business teams.
- Support Sales team with SOW development and contract negotiation. Coordinate activities with Legal.
- Work to leverage existing FICO assets to meet client requirements. Demonstrate the wider value that FICO provides to the clients.
- Provides project management advice, leadership, and direction to junior project managers to deliver exceptional professional services.
- Ensures adherence to CCS processes and procedures.
- Collaboratively works with the Practice Lead to plan and manage execution of projects within the contracted schedule, scope and budget.
What We’re Seeking
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and or equivalent experience.
- Experience in delivering large and complex software solutions.
- Strong client-focused management and consulting experience.
- PMP Certification.
- Experience leading Agile and SaaS project implementations.
- Understanding of software development methodology.
- Self-starter with high sense of urgency for growing the business.
