We are seeking an experienced Project Mananger for industrial refrigeration to join our team.
What You Will Do:
- Project Management: Lead and manage the project from start to finish, ensuring objectives are met.
- Subcontractor Management: Identify, evaluate, and select subcontractors, and oversee their performance.
- Procurement Tasks: Manage procurement processes and maintain accurate records.
- Financial Management of the Project: Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and prepare financial reports.
- Technical Knowledge of the Project/Subcontractor: Provide technical expertise and support, ensuring all technical aspects are executed correctly.
- Monitoring and Control: Continuously monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
What We Look For
- Education in Project Management, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the refrigeration industry sector.
- Strong knowledge of subcontractor management, procurement processes, and financial management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Intermediate level of English.
