The Infrastructures Project Manager will be responsible for the implementation of LDC Global Enterprise Computing roadmap. This role is critical in accelerating the modernization of LDC infrastructures through standardized technologies, vendor management, and technical excellence. The position will oversee a program involving infrastructure experts, architects, and regional teams.
Job Description
- Lead infrastructure projects and maintain Enterprise Computing roadmap aligned with company strategy
- Own project delivery including schedules, resources, and budgets
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans with regular updates on scope, costs, and risks
- Direct cross-functional infrastructure initiatives and handle transversal project dependencies
- Monitor risks and roadblocks, implementing mitigation strategies and resolution plans
- Track KPIs, milestones, and resource usage for comprehensive executive reporting
- Facilitate technical decisions by evaluating infrastructure solutions and integration needs
- Build vendor relationships and ensure performance compliance through effective management
- Contribute to financial management and control Enterprise Computing budgets
Qualifications
- At least 8 years working experience in corporate IT teams / environments
- A minimum of 5 years in IT infrastructure or technical project management
- Proven knowledge of project management methodologies (Prince2, PMI, Agile…)
- Proven track record in managing multiple large-scale system implementation projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, global technology transformation programs
- Experience in cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments
- Strong understanding of infrastructure IT components
- Experience and desire to work in a global environment
- Ability to work with virtual teams (good phone, chat and video conference call skills)
- Knowledge of IT security

- Excellent communication skills, with ability to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences
- Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in project management.
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and synergy analysis

- Experience with change management and organizational transformation
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, challenging environments
- Have a flexible management style (facilitating but directive when required)
- Proficient in Agile Methodology as Product Owner highly desirable
- Experience working in a multicultural/ multi-regional environment
