Project Manager III
The Project Manager is the primary interface with our customer and sub-contractors, including front line contacts with airport management, consultants, and architects to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions. This role also provides leadership to a small, multi-disciplined team of project and operations staff.
Responsibilities:

Assume administrative, contractual, technical, and financial control of the project

Interface with customer as the company’s primary contact

Organize and manage the project team and develop effective relationships

Lead a multi-disciplined team; establish priorities, coordinate concurrent activities, promote effective interactions among departments, and provide the team with leadership

Ensure that our delivery meets all aspects of customer system contract performance, including functional specifications, system performance, safety, scheduling, and staffing
-
Meet internal requirements on cost control, project reporting, accounts receivables, profitability, and customer relationship management

Preserve the integrated system design to meet system performance and technical specification requirements

Manage the project master schedule to achieve timely completion of the contract

Manage project cash flow and schedule of deliverables against price/time curves

Demonstrated familiarity working with consultants, contractors, and architects within the construction industry

Sound knowledge of contract law
Qualifications:
-
Experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in the successful completion projects of 10+ million in the Construction and/or Material Handling Industry.

Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience demonstrating increasing levels of project value and complexity.

Experience with managing Airports Projects is desirable

Willing and able to travel up to 50%

Able to obtain a security clearance pass
-
PMP certification an asset
