About Synapse
Synapse is Zeta’s digital banking experience team, building modern banking experiences for banks and credit unions atop Zeta’s Tachyon. Synapse offers a pre-integrated, fully compliant, out-of-the-box digital experience stack for banks and credit unions.
About the role
- As a Program Manager in Synapse, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of multiple products and engagements that spans business, engineering, product, customers and compliance teams. Your success will be a result of your ability to:
- Go deep into understanding the customers, product & technology to enable them
- Conceive, implement and govern processes of the multiple Synapse teams
- Build relationships & gather context from relevant stakeholders
- Ask the right questions to the right audience
- Communicate, escalate, and provide timely updates
- Deep awareness of the full power of project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
Responsibilities
- The functional responsibilities will encompass the following, but not be limited to:
- Customer Success & Program Delivery: Own the success and delivery of all Synapse initiatives, ensuring our customers and products thrive.
- Organize & Present Updates: Keep everyone informed with clear updates across programs, tailored to different needs (on-demand, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Record Keeping: Diligently document minutes and outcomes from project reviews and meetings.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
- Meetings & Reviews: Participate in and lead regular meetings, stand-ups, and project reviews.
- Project Understanding: Deeply understand task decomposition and interconnections to ensure timelines and outcomes are met.
- Proactive Issue Management: Identify and address blockers and issues with a strong action-oriented approach.
- Trackers & Metrics: Design and maintain detailed trackers and metrics for multiple projects.
- Dependency Management: Plan for dependencies and contingencies across projects.
- Follow-Up: Ensure rigorous follow-ups to keep projects on track.
- Post-Project Rituals: Conduct RCAs and assist teams with documentation and post-mortems for continuous improvement.
Skills

Experience and Qualifications
- 1- 8 years of experience as a Project/Program Manager
- Experience with B2B enterprise, SaaS / Cloud-based products is a strong plus
- Undergraduate Degree in Engineering, MBA degree is preferred
