The role:
A project manager role in the Risk division, primarily responsible for the user acceptance phase of ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) implementation with a specific focus on quality assurance and testing coordination across multiple business teams. In parallel to GRC UAT, this role will eventually expand beyond GRC implementation to become a technical project manager driving advanced analytics initiatives, including data integration projects, predictive risk modeling implementations, regulatory reporting automation, and cross-functional data strategy execution to enhance decision-making capabilities across the enterprise.
What you’ll do:
- The immediate focus will be to lead the coordination and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for ServiceNow GRC implementation across Risk and Compliance teams
- Develop and maintain a centralized inventory of UAT test cases with clear ownership assignments
- Track and report on UAT execution progress across project phases
- Deliver regular status reports to stakeholders on testing progress and outcomes
- Identify and implement process improvements based on testing results and stakeholder feedback
- Provide strategic project management support for analytics initiatives
- Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure business requirements are met
- Develop testing schedules and ensure resource allocation is optimized
- The longer term expectation will be to lead technical analytics projects leveraging cloud-based solutions and big data technologies
- Oversee cross-functional data integration initiatives to create unified reporting platforms
- Drive implementation of predictive analytics models for risk assessment and fraud detection
- Establish technical roadmaps for analytics capabilities and data visualization solutions
- Partner with IT, data science teams, and business stakeholders to align analytics solutions with strategic objectives
What you’ll need:
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience in software implementations
- Extensive experience with GRC implementations, ideally ServiceNow or equivalent, specifically within banking/financial institutions
- Proven track record of managing comprehensive User Acceptance Testing processes
- Multiple successful GRC implementation projects completed in similar environments
- Strong understanding of risk management and compliance requirements in banking
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in analytics-driven projects and reporting
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading technical analytics implementations using BI tools such as Tableau, or Qlik
- Knowledge of data architecture principles and experience with data warehouse implementations
- High level understanding of machine learning/AI applications in risk and compliance
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams including business/functional teams, data engineers and data scientists
- Familiarity with financial services data governance frameworks and regulatory reporting requirements
Success Metrics:
- Timely completion of UAT phases within established deadlines
- Quality of test case documentation and execution
- Stakeholder satisfaction with implementation process
- Successful adoption of GRC tools across the organization

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
